What we store

When you chat with the CustEd assistant or send the contact form, we store your messages and anything you share (such as your email and product website) so that we can answer you and improve the service. We store a one-way hash of your IP address to limit abuse; we do not store the IP address itself.

Who processes it

The assistant is powered by Anthropic's Claude API. Data is stored with Supabase (EU) and the site is hosted on Vercel. We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how the site is used.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data and we don't add you to mailing lists.
